By: Raechel Painovich After just finding out that all schools in MN are going to be online for the rest of the year, what has HFHS been doing with all of this time? Many clubs and extra cirriculars are trying to reach out to the community to get them involved and interacting through online media. Clubs such as CCA, Positive Jags, Journalism have been posting activities via Facebook and other social media apps to keep you in the loop and busy.
More specifically, as it was just the 50th anniversary of Earth day, CCA wants to see what you were doing to help save the planet last wednesday. They would greatly appreciate you sending any videos or pictures of you and your family and friends. In addition, Positive Jags sent out a outdoor nature scavenger hunt on facebook and the winner will be feautured on the school’s facebook page. The staff have also been busy sending out meals to students and gathering homework to return to teachers. They ask that students continue to check their e-mail regularily and look at the facebook where they post videos for both elementary and high school students to listen to. I know this can be a very difficult time for many familes but our school is here to help and keep the rest of the school year going well. If you have any questions or concerns direct your call to our staff at HES, HFHS or FES. We are going to get through this together and help eachother out through the process.
